Twiga Coffee Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are roasted and prepared fresh at the time of order. Please allow 1–3 business days for roasting and fulfillment before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
Typical delivery times (after roasting and fulfillment):

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days
Orders over $30 qualify for free standard shipping (U.S. only).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and delivery speed selected at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers or international destinations at this time.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If your package appears lost or you did not receive it within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please email us at info@twigacoffee.com and we will be happy to assist.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We plan to expand this service in the near future.
